Meet the team

Magic requires magicians.

Senior, hands-on, and deliberately small. The people who map your business are the ones who build it.

Shawn Krantz

Partner

Shawn has run operations from the inside for a decade. He built the operational backbone of a major LA digital out-of-home media company, founded the leading volleyball media brand, and founded a consumer software company while studying at USC. He's been on the receiving end of countless messy workflows, broken handoffs, and unbillable hours.

Along the way, he watched too many good operators trapped at their desks running the businesses they'd built. Then he started watching new technology hand those hours back. Less time at the desk. More time everywhere else. DLLM Labs is how he brings that “do less, live more” mindset to LA businesses. Most automation consultants have never run a real business. Shawn has, which means he knows which problems are worth automating and which ones aren't. He doesn't sell you complexity. He finds what's quietly draining your team and margins and removes it without adding friction.

When he's not building, you'll find him on a table tennis table or deep into a film he's seen four times. If either is your thing, he'd love to talk shop.

Portrait of Julian Pekarsky, Partner at DLLM Labs

Julian Pekarsky

Partner

Julian has always been drawn to businesses where speed, leverage, and strategic decision-making create an edge. Before founding a California-based private security company, he worked in quantitative digital asset markets, where operational advantages compounded quickly and technology moved faster than most companies could adapt to.

Running businesses across industries gave him a front-row seat to a larger shift happening underneath nearly every market: the companies that learn to integrate AI early will operate faster, leaner, and with dramatically more leverage than the ones that don't. That belief became the foundation for DLLM Labs.

Julian approaches AI less like a software trend and more like an operational turning point. Most businesses are still using AI to save a few hours a week. He believes the real opportunity is much bigger than that. The companies that rethink how they operate today will be the ones leading their industries tomorrow.

His focus is helping businesses remove operational drag, scale intelligently, and free up owners and teams to focus on the work that actually drives growth. Not more complexity. Not more software for the sake of software. Just systems that quietly create leverage in the background while the business moves faster.

To Julian, “Do Less, Live More” means using technology to spend less time buried in busywork and more time building, thinking, creating, and experiencing life outside of work.

When he's not building, Julian enjoys conversations about markets, technology, philosophy, and where the world is heading next.

Portrait of Blake Zingerman, Partner at DLLM Labs

Blake Zingerman

Partner

Blake has spent his career inside businesses where organization, execution, and operational efficiency directly impacted growth. Before co-founding DLLM Labs, he worked as a business analyst for one of the largest private oil and gas companies in California, helping improve logistics, reduce operational friction, and streamline communication between departments inside a highly complex organization.

Alongside his corporate experience, Blake has built companies across entertainment, media, and technology. From managing logistics for one of the world’s leading music composers to helping scale startup companies in digital media and social platforms, he has spent years operating in environments where speed, coordination, and structure mattered every day.

Over time, he noticed the same pattern across nearly every business: talented teams losing time to inefficient systems, unnecessary complexity, and operational bottlenecks that quietly slow growth. That belief became the foundation for DLLM Labs. Blake sees AI not as a replacement for people, but as a tool to create leverage, improve visibility, and give businesses back the time and clarity to operate at a higher level.

When he’s not building, you’ll usually find Blake snowboarding, hiking, or spending time disconnected from technology altogether. He believes some of the best thinking happens away from screens, not in front of them.
